Sequence Analysis

We conduct a comprehensive interpretation of your seismic cube and provide you with the geological context for the full volume, and for intervals of interest.

By interactively changing between the seismic view and the Wheeler Diagram, major and minor erosional gaps and condensed intervals of time are easily identified and their equivalent surfaces, i.e., Sequence Boundaries and Maximum Flooding Surfaces, are mapped.

A wide variety of structural and stratigraphic features, and anomalies, can be placed within their geological context. The figure in the lower left, is an example of an interval time map (blue: thick, red: thin) blended with an RMS amplitude map and draped over present-day structure. Major and minor paleo-depositional centers, slope-channel systems, and faults, are clearly visible.
